TALENTER (TLT) Token Distribution

The TALENTER (TLT) Token distribution will take place over 60 days starting on October 18, 2017 at 12:00 GMT + 2.
100,000,000 (hundert million) TALENTER ERC-20 compatible Tokens (“TALENTER Tokens”) will be distributed according to the schedule below:

TALENTER (TLT) Tokens Distribution Schedule

Offering phase A (Pre ICO): 20,000,000 (twenty million) TLT distributed during a 30 day period beginning on October 18, 2017 at 12:00 GMT + 2 and ending on November 17, 2017 at 12:00 GMT + 2.

Offering phase B: 50.000.000 fifty million TLT split evenly into 50 consecutive 23 hour periods of 1,000,000 TALENTER (TLT) tokens each beginning on February 15, 2018 at 12:00 GMT + 2.

30,000,000 thirty million TLT will be reserved and cannot be traded or transferred on the Ethereum network.

At the end of the 30 day period (Phase A aka Pre ICO) and at the end of each 23 hour period referred to above (Phase B), a set number of TALENTER (TLT) Tokens will be distributed pro rata amongst all authorized purchasers, based on the total ETH contributed during those periods, respectively, as follows:

a = Total ETH contributed by an authorized purchaser during the period.
b = Total number of TALENTER (TLT) Tokens available for distribution in the period.
c = Total ETH contributed by all authorized purchasers during the period.

Example :

- 20 TALENTER Tokens are available during a period.
- Christian contributes 4 ETH and Barbara contributes 1 ETH during the period.
- As a total of 5 ETH were contributed for 20 TALENTER Tokens during the period, 1 TALENTER Token will be distributed for every 0.25 ETH contributed. Therefore, Christian receives 16 TALENTER Tokens and Barbara receives 4 TALENTER Tokens.

Distribution Schedule

The distribution schedule comprises phase A, a (1) 720-hour period commencing October 18, 2017 at 12:00 GMT + 2, followed by phase B - with three month interval - fifty (50) consecutive 23-hour periods commencing February 15, 2018 11:00 GMT + 2.

Within 24 hours after the end of phase A on November 17, 2017 at 12:00 GMT + 2, intended TALENTER Tokens (20.000.000) will become fixed (ie. frozen) and will be non-transferrable on the Ethereum blockchain.

Within 25 hours after the end of phase B (B1 - B50) on April 6, 2018 at 11:00 GMT + 2, intended TALENTER Tokens (50.000.000) will become fixed (ie. frozen) and will be non-transferrable on the Ethereum blockchain.

Please review the following before sending ETH

Any compatible wallet can be used to participate in the token distribution.

To be compatible, a wallet must be one of the following:

Able to export your private key.

Send only from a personal wallet such as MyEtherWallet. We can not issue tokens to an exchange adress.

Do not send ETH from an Exchange.
If you send ETH to the TALENTER wallet from an exchange account, your TALENTER (TLT) Tokens will be allocated to the exchange's ETH account, and you may never receive or be able to recover your TALENTER (TLT) Tokens.

There are many incompatible wallets, please check to make sure that your wallet meets the criteria above before sending any ETH.

Once tokens are generated, we will send your tokens back to the same ETH adress you contributed from. They will arrive in your personal Ethereum wallet. How to Participate in phase B?

To participate in the TALENTER (TLT) Token distribution in Phase B you will need to send ETH to an Ethereum smart contract address set forth below during a period of your choice. The TALENTER (TLT) Tokens will be reserved for you to claim when the phase B is completed. The minimum contribution amount is 0.01 Ether.

The Ethereum smart contract address for the token distribution phase B will be announced at this place at January 15, 2018.
